What is Winter Thaw?
Winter Thaw A, B, C, and D are the best weekends of the Winter for Middle/High Schoolers!
Your Youth Group will enjoy Fun, Fellowship, and Worship; all while getting closer to one another, making new friends, and growing in Faith.
You'll worship with the worship teams, make videos, play games, and do all of the things that you love about camp at Twin Pines!
Don't have a youth group? Don't sweat it!
Winter Thaw C is open to any Middle/High School Student looking to come to Thaw either on their own or with their friends.
You bring your energy and excitement and we'll do the rest!

We work with churches, non-profits, and civic organizations to host retreats, conferences, and events all year-round!
Whether you are looking to plan a youth retreat, a leadership conference, a family retreat, men's and women's weekends, and more, we have many options across our different housing styles and conference spaces to meet your needs.

Twin Pines is available for mid-week and weeklong retreats as well as weekends.
Summer Camps:
Twin Pines also has the ability to hold your very own summer camp or retreat here over the summer months. We will take care of the lodging, food, and use of our facilities so all you need to worry about is programming. Summer camps may also have access to additional amenities outside of our typical retreat offering. About the Facility:
Twin Pines, nestled in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania, has 205 acres of property which provides a getaway retreat/event destination. We hold a variety of events year-round, of all sizes and occasions. Our facilities can accommodate youth, adult, and family retreats, of which include hotel, motel, and dormitory style rooms to fit any of your retreat needs. All of our guest rooms feature private attached bathrooms, and all of our housing is heated for year-round use.
About our Dining Options:
Twin Pines takes pride in providing high-quality meals and dinning options for guests during their stay. We serve all of our meals cafeteria-style with portions measured according to FDA standards. In addition, we have a salad bar, cereal bar, and a full drink station with tea, water, coffee, and various kinds of juices. Upon notification, we can accommodate any dietary restrictions which retreat guests may have.
What is included with your stay:
One meeting room and 1 breakout space are included as part of your groups reservation. All A-V and technical assistance is also included as well as complementary campfires for each night of your stay (weather permitting). Additional spaces and amenities can be added to your stay when available.

Initial Interest Phase
- Interest is shown in using Twin Pines as a retreat facility

- No commitment to our facility at this time
Contract Phase
- A decision is made to use Twin Pines as your retreat/rental/event facility.
- Details are finalized with our This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. regarding your retreat (size, number of rooms, meals, lodging, etc.) and a contract is sent to you.
- Dates are confirmed for your retreat when the signed contract and/or deposit are returned.
