Initial Interest Phase

  • Interest is shown in using Twin Pines as a retreat facility
  • Correspond with our This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to discuss what your retreat would look like at Twin Pines, as well as schedule a time to come in person for a tour
  • No commitment to our facility at this time

Contract Phase

  • A decision is made to use Twin Pines as your retreat facility
  • Details are finalized with our This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. regarding your retreat (size, number of rooms, meals, lodging, etc.)
  • Dates are confirmed for your retreat when the contract and deposit are returned

Registration & Documents

  • Complete the Advanced Registration Form
