At Twin Pines, we have a number of spaces that can serve as either your Primary Meeting Room, a Breakout Room, or an additional Programming Space. Each reservation includes use of one meeting room chosen based on your group size. Spaces may be configured with seating either in rows or at tables. All primary meeting rooms have large tv screens for displaying presentations and a sound system included at no extra charge to your group. All meeting rooms have refrigerators for storing drinks.
Dorney 1, 2, and 3:
Dorney Lounge contains 3 meeting rooms, including Dorney 1, our largest meeting room capable of hosting 120+ individuals seated in rows. Dorney 1 had a full sound system, a stage, and a fireplace.
Dorney 2 is a smaller breakout space with comfortable seating, and Dorney 3 is another small breakout/meeting room.
Aspen 1, and 2:
Aspen Lodge contains 2 meeting rooms. Aspen 1 is capable of hosting up to 100 individuals and Aspen 2 is capable of hosting up to 50 individuals. Aspen 1 and 2 are both heated and airconditioned and are most popular with adult groups staying in Aspen Lodge.
Nature Center:
The Nature Center is another popular meeting space for smaller-midsized adult groups capable of hosting up to 40 individuals. The Nature Center is located on the lower level of Hemlock Lodge and is a popular location for smaller groups staying in Hemlock Lodge, as a breakout location for larger groups, and for groups looking to host day-long conferences and meetings.
Brownback Center Lounge:
The Brownback Center Lounge is a small meeting/ breakout room located in the Brownback Center. It is capable of hosting groups up to 20 individuals for small group discussions, meetings, and breakout sessions.
