The required paperwork will depend on if you are returning or new. Please see the appropriate column below for what paperwork is required for you to complete and return.

This document helps you to keep track of what you have completed and returned to the office for your employment for the summer. (If your information has not changed from last year, you do not need to return a W-4, I-9, or Berkheimer Residency Forms.
>>Employee Records Memorandum
You acknowledge that there are no changes to your W-4 and that there are no unemployment funds taken from your salary.

To ensure your health to fulfill the duties of your summer staff role.
>>Summer Staff Emergency and Medical Information Form
This is necessary if you have a health issue develop while at camp.
 
 
IF UNDER 18 by start of camp
>>Travel Policy
So Twin Pines knows who you parents/guardians will permit you to travel off camp property.
 
 
SHARED SUPPORT PROGRAM
This is a program where you attain supporters of your ministry work for the summer.

Print, Cut, and hand out to supporters.
