Aspen Lodge is our hotel-style facility and has 23 rooms. Each room houses up to two people and has either one king-size bed, or two twin beds. We do provide bedding and bathroom linens in these rooms. Only adults are housed in Aspen Lodge.
Hemlock Lodge is our cabin-style facility and has 9 rooms. Each room can house up to three people and has one double bed and one twin bed. We do provide bedding and bathroom linens in these rooms. Only adults and families are housed in Hemlock Lodge.
Standard Lodging makes up the majority of our buildings; these are motel or dorm-style. They can house between two to nine people, depending on your retreat. We do not provide bedding and bathroom linens in these rooms.
Twin Pines takes pride in providing high-quality meals for guests during their stay. We serve all of our meals cafeteria-style with portions measured according to FDA standards. In addition, we have a salad bar, cereal bar, and a full drink station with tea, water, coffee, and various kinds of juices. Please coordinate with us on any food allergies and alternate dietary requirements no later than one week prior to your retreat. You may also request a sample menu for an example of meals we serve. Our typical rates include five meals and one complimentary snack throughout your scheduled retreat.
On top of the available facilities already listed, there are many other activities available to our guests. Please note that some of these may not be available depending on the season or weather.
In addition to lodging and meals, we provide all of our groups with one complimentary meeting room. Additional meeting rooms can be added at a fee as is needed/available. Each meeting room has a mounted TV with an HDMI cord, and we can also provide our guests with the following items at no additional rental charge: DVD player, electronic keyboard, audio equipment (microphones, auxiliary cables, etc.), and a Communion set with elements. All of these items are subject to availability. We can also make the following facilities available to our guest groups for no charge: Snack Shop, Gymnasium, Gift Shop, and campfires. Use of these facilities are subject to availability.
Below you will find our standard rates per person. These rates include 2 nights lodging, 5 meals (with 3 meals on Saturday and 2 on Sunday), as well as everything mentioned above.

Part-time rates are also available, and are calculated on the amount of time guests are at Twin Pines. Arrival times, departure times and meals to be attended must be reported. Please know the rates above are package rates; part-time rates are higher.
